According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To request information about processing if it has been processed

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used appropriately.

  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, both domestically and abroad.

  • To request correction if data is processed incompletely or incorrectly.

  • To request deletion or destruction under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK.

  • Object to a detrimental result arising from the analysis of your data by exclusively automated systems.

  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage.

7. Application Method

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can apply to us in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), email, or notary.

Your requests will be processed free of charge within the period specified in the KVKK.
